Annie Andrews Law is a Proud Sponsor of the 2026 South Carolina Women Lawyers Association Conference

Annie Andrews Law is proud to sponsor the South Carolina Women Lawyers Association's 2026 conference, "The Power of Us: Women Leading Law & Legacy." This September, SCWLA is bringing together women across the legal profession for two days of connection, mentorship, and conversation at the Pastides Alumni Center in Columbia.

Annie Andrews currently serves as Secretary of SCWLA, and her involvement with the organization goes back for years. SCWLA has shaped her career and connected her to a statewide community of women lawyers, many of whom have become close friends she can count on both professionally and personally. Supporting this year’s conference as a sponsor was a natural extension of that long-standing relationship with the organization.

Annie will also be speaking on the conference panel “No Seat at the Table? Build One!” alongside Tameika Isaac Devine and Kelly Jolley, a conversation about carving out space in the legal profession when none is offered.

Sponsoring this conference reflects values that run through Annie’s work at Annie Andrews Law every day. Representing plaintiffs in catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and medical malpractice cases has taught her the importance of building support systems and creating space for people who might otherwise be overlooked, whether that’s a client navigating a difficult legal system or a woman lawyer building her career. SCWLA‘s mission of connection and mentorship mirrors that same commitment to lifting others up.

Registration for the 2026 SCWLA conference is open at scwla.org.

Annie brings substantial trial experience to her practice, which has focused primarily on catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, and medical malpractice cases for half of her career.
Her litigation foundation was built at the Charleston County Public Defender’s Office, where she tried dozens of cases to verdict, developing the courtroom skills she now brings to complex civil matters. She later concentrated her practice exclusively in these areas at a mid-sized firm before founding Annie Andrews Law, where she is dedicated to helping families seek justice after life-altering circumstances.
