Annie Andrews Recognized by Super Lawyers for 2024-2026

Annie Andrews of Annie Andrews Law has once again been named to the Super Lawyers list, recognized for 2024-2026.

Super Lawyers rates outstanding lawyers across the country using a rigorous, multi-step selection process that combines peer nominations, independent research, and evaluation by a panel of attorneys. Typically, no more than five percent of lawyers in a given state receive this distinction in any year, and recognition is not something an attorney can simply buy or apply for. Being named year over year reflects sustained standing among peers rather than a single moment of recognition.

For Annie, whose practice is concentrated on catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, and medical malpractice cases, the recognition speaks to the consistency of her advocacy for plaintiffs across some of the most serious cases a person can face.

Annie has also earned a number of other professional distinctions, including:
  • Lead Counsel Verified status, reflecting an independent review of her experience and standing to practice
  • Professional recognition in 2021 highlighting her work in the field
  • Being named South Carolina’s Juvenile Public Defender of the Year by the South Carolina Commission on Indigent Defense in 2019

Annie brings substantial trial experience to her practice, which has focused primarily on catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, and medical malpractice cases for half of her career.
Her litigation foundation was built at the Charleston County Public Defender’s Office, where she tried dozens of cases to verdict, developing the courtroom skills she now brings to complex civil matters. She later concentrated her practice exclusively in these areas at a mid-sized firm before founding Annie Andrews Law, where she is dedicated to helping families seek justice after life-altering circumstances.
